We are nearing the halfway point of this project which involves a deep retrofit and improvement works to 133 homes in Cranmore including extensive upgrading of siteworks.
We have completed and handed back 30-houese and have a further 32 in our possession which are currently under construction. Completed houses are being handed back to Sligo County Council (SCC) on a weekly basis. This project is quite complex in its delivery as the houses can vary in their locations across the project.
We have a strong focus on liaising with tenants and SCC to ensure that the moving process runs as smooth as possible. The project is on programme and on track to be complete in November 2025.
