Construction Safety Week – “As part of Safety Week’s ‘Mind your health’ theme, Kilcawley Construction invited PPE & workwear experts Advanced Safety to our St Mary’s Secondary School Project to give a talk on noise and dust hazards in the workplace. The talk, delivered by Cathal Irwin of Advanced Safety, focused on the correct selection and use of personal protective equipment during dust or noise generating activities. The talk also included a demonstration on the use of specific types of respiratory and noise protection equipment relevant to various hazardous tasks in a construction setting.
