We are nearing the end of the third quarter of the project. The completion and handover of the properties has and continues to be carried out in a smooth and efficient manner. This is largely down the collaboration between the KCL, the Architect and Client on a weekly/daily basis. The focus for the construction team is to liaise with the tenants to ensure that this process is as undisruptive as possible.
The project is currently ahead of Programme and is due for Handover in Sep 2025
