Failte Ireland Sligo We have recently commenced work on the above mentioned Project Works Include – Installation of new roof finish, Removal / stripping out and replacement of existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes, Alterations & replacement of existing M&E services including new cabling and trunking, lighting & general services provision and new heating, water, soils / wastes; and mechanical ventilation services and associated builder’s work; Demolition of existing partitions, joinery and door-sets; Upgrading of fire resistance to existing enclosures; Installation of new plasterboard & glazed partitions, new sanitary-ware, door-sets and floor, wall and ceiling finishes, including new ceiling grid and tiles & fire-stopping works where required. Provision of new open plan office floor with adjacent meeting facilities and cellular offices; New toilets, shower room and staff kitchen facilities; Provision of IT installation including dedicated Comms Room; Installation of joinery and fixed furniture items, including tea station, vanity units, decorative wall panelling; Internal decoration of wall and ceiling surfaces; Co-ordination of shared access within the building. Erection, where required of scaffolding, hoardings and temporary access equipment.
