Kilcawley Construction have recently commenced the development of an Advance Technology Building for IDA Ireland, designed to provide high quality production and office accommodation. The project is currently in the bulk excavation stage. The unit will be completed to Category A level fit-out in the open production areas and in the office areas. The site is located at IDA Dundalk Science & Technology Park, Mullagharlin, Dundalk, opposite the recently completed Kilcawley pharmaceutical packaging project for Wasdell Europe. The building will have an approximate gross floor area of 3,150 m2. Look forward to working with Fewer Harrington and Partners RPS IDA Ireland on this project.
