Junior Quantity Surveyor

ROLE:
Junior Quantity Surveyor

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working under the supervision of a Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Assist in preparation of Interim and Final Accounts for Projects.
  • Reconciliation of Contract documents versus tender documents received.
  • Maintain Project Variation Folders
  • Procurement and appointment of subcontractors/suppliers
  • Preparation of internal subcontractor payment Certificates.
  • Assisting Agreement of subcontractor Final Accounts.
  • Liaising and co-ordination with Kilcawley Project Team where necessary.
  • Attending Project meetings.
  • Preparation of internal Project Cost reports.
  • Review and monitoring of Project Commercial Plans.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying.
  • Proficient across the full MS Office suite
  • Strong knowledge on Technical Construction Details (would be an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Cubit, Buildsoft software (would be an advantage)
  • Strong Attention to Detail
