A massive congratulations to Liam Cox on his progress so far on running the ‘Lap of The Map’ in aid of North West STOP.
Liam set off on Saturday 26th August from Carrick on Shannon to start the incredible journey of running the entire coastline of Ireland, the journey in total will take approximately 42 days covering a distance of 2,500km – 3,000km , where Liam will cover on average 60km per days.
STOP Suicide was originally founded in 2004 by families who were bereaved by suicide. The organisation was rebranded in 2018 to North West STOP. North West STOP is a voluntary community-based organisation , providing counseling and support that works to prevent suicide by informing, educating and promoting positive mental health.
