Kilcawley Construction have recently commenced work for the Sisters of Nazareth at their Malahide Road Nursing Home site. Work involves the construction of a new 90 bed Nursing Home, Chapel and associated support services. The area of the new building is 6500sq.m over 3 storeys. On completion of the new building approximately 3500sq.m of the existing Nursing Home will be refurbished to meet current HIQA requirements. The overall project value is €14 million with a completion date of December 2017.
