Contracts have been signed for the construction of 19 new houses for Meath County Council. Work on the €3m scheme will commence later this month and is scheduled for completion before the end of 2018. Managing Director, Brendan Henry and Regional Director, Michael Gillen attended the Contract signing in Navan this week.

We have completed the first concrete pour on the Project. The basement floor slab was completed in a single continuous pour (263 cubic metres of concrete). Work was completed as planned and occurred without any incident.

The €5m project is to be complete in 46 weeks. Kilcawley Construction have commenced work on the construction of a new high specification residential building with basement car parking.

Work involves the demolition of part (1058 m2) of the existing school building and existing standalone prefabs (358 m2).
