• Maintain safe access for ESB at all times to existing onsite Sub Station in conjunction with Construction traffic and activities.
• Mix of Precast Concrete Panels, Brickwork and Curtain walling on the external façade.
• The services are all controlled through a BMS which is further controlled by a Master System Integrator.
