Refurbishment and improvement housing project in Cranmore, Sligo, the largest housing estate in west of Ireland. The Works involves a deep retrofit and improvement works to 96 homes in Cranmore including extensive upgrading of siteworks.
Key Packages
- Mechanical – Addition of Air Source Heat Pumps and Mechanical Ventilation.
- Electrical – Full House Re-wire. First and second fix.
- Boarding and skimming – Board and skim all internal walls including insulated plasterboard and airtight plaster.
- Roofing – Roof Strengthening works.
- Flooring – Install Carpet, laminate and tiled floors.
- Asbestos Removal – Present in Floors, ceilings and roofs.
